When you create an account, place a bid, or send a message, we store your name, email address, phone number, and what you sent. When you bid on a car or ask about it, the dealer selling that car also receives these details so they can contact you. Otherwise only our staff can see them, and they are never shown on the public website.
We delete your account 12 months after your last login or after the end of the last bidding you took part in, whichever is later. We delete messages 12 months after we receive them.
You can delete your account yourself in your account settings, except for 30 days after bidding ends on a car you bid on, so that the dealer can contact the highest bidder. Your bids are then kept without your details.
